On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help customers successfully adopt and maximize ITSM solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ITIL best practices, collaborate with global clients, and contribute to impactful ITSM transformation projects.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing timelines and key deliverables
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable workflows, automation, and dashboards
Configure solutions aligned with ITIL best practices and AI-driven capabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver client training and provide go-live support to ensure smooth adoption
Collaborate with internal teams on system integrations and solution enhancements

What we’re looking for

1–2+ years of experience in ITSM or software implementation/consulting
Familiarity with ITSM platforms
Experience in process design and workflow automation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset
Fluency in English
