Our client is looking for a passionate Front-End Technical Lead who will engage into growing a product from 0 to one that generates revenue. They want to do continuous deployment in cloud and build a modern microservices architecture using the latest Java and Front-End technology stacks and use reactive programming to support 100k requests per second.

What our client is looking for:

• Advanced knowledge of web standards and technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Hands-on experience with React ecosystem / or an alternative JavaScript-based application framework and Web APIs;
• Hands-on experience in a continuous integration environment and multiple testing layers;
• Experience working in a microservices architecture deployed on a cloud platform;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Mentoring skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Research, make POCs & recommend best suited technologies, libraries & frameworks;
• Recommend and document best practices and coding standards;
• Develop well tested features in a manner where testing and code review are a natural part of the process;
• Write technical documentation;
• Collaborate closely with the other team members, UX designers and the R&D Manager;
• Mentor junior/mid level engineers.
