General Job Scope:
– Responsible for communicating the XML specifications to our customers.
– Maintains a close relation with the customers during the development and integration process and provides consultancy when needed.
– Initiates the certification formalities.
– Verifies if the applications developed by our customers are following our technical specifications.
– Assists the customers in the transition from the development to the production environment.

Specific Job Tasks:
– Communicates with the customers and provides tech XML support to all their questions in order to be able to consume our XML feeds.
– Keeps a constant communication and organizes weekly conferences with the customers.
– Keeps a track of all the certifications documents and current development stage of each customer.
– Analyzes the customer application in order to ensure our work flow is followed as described.
– Reports weekly with the development team of each customer.
