You Will

• Act as a point of contact between the candidates and our client’s hiring managers;
• Work with the entire recruiting team for creating and executing search strategies and creative recruitment solutions and campaigns;
• Advertise job openings on all relevant platforms;
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities;
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles;
• Coordinate scheduling of technical interviews;
• Develop and maintain professional long-term relationships with candidates;
• Deal with changing priorities and demanding situations.

You Need To Have

• 2+ years of related IT recruiting experience;
• Solid network within the IT industry;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• “Out of the box” thinking, being able though to commit to processes, planning and deadlines;
• Pro-active attitude and creative;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Initiative and looking for continuous improvement.

Nice To Have

• Practical experience in a recruitment agency;
