We are growing our team with one passionate IT Recruiter.

You Will

  • Act as a point of contact between the candidates and our clients’ hiring managers;
  • Work with the entire recruiting team for creating and executing search strategies and creative recruitment solutions and campaigns;
  • Advertise job openings on all relevant platforms;
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities;
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles;
  • Coordinate scheduling of technical interviews;
  • Develop and maintain professional long-term relationships with candidates;
  • Deal with changing priorities and demanding situations.

You Need To Have


  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • “Out of the box” thinking hat, being able though to commit to processes, planning and deadlines;
  • Pro-active attitude and creativity;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Initiative and looking for continuous improvement;
  • University degree in Psychology/HR/ Economics/Marketing or related fields.


Nice To Have


  • Practical experience in a recruitment agency or IT recruiting experience;
  • Network within the IT industry.
