You Will
Act as a point of contact between the candidates and our client’s hiring managers
Work with the entire recruiting team for creating and executing search strategies and creative recruitment solutions and campaigns
Advertise job openings on all relevant platforms
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles
Coordinate scheduling of technical interviews
Develop and maintain professional long-term relationships with candidates
Deal with changing priorities and demanding situations
